Gebruik van Bloom Using Bloom

Bloom is een persoonlijk dagboek voor thuisbakers. De app is bedoeld voor persoonlijk, niet-commercieel gebruik. Door Bloom te gebruiken ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Bloom is a personal journal for home bakers. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. By using Bloom, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Leeftijdsvereiste Age Requirement

Bloom is bedoeld voor gebruikers van 13 jaar en ouder. Gebruik door kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar vereist toestemming van een ouder of wettelijk voogd, conform de AVG. Bloom is intended for users aged 13 and older. Use by children under 16 requires parental or guardian consent in accordance with GDPR.

Jouw data Your Data

Alle data die je in Bloom invoert is van jou. Als je iCloud hebt ingeschakeld, maakt Bloom automatisch een back-up via Apple's iCloud. Zonder iCloud adviseren wij regelmatig een back-up te maken via de exportfunctie in de app. All data you enter in Bloom is yours. If iCloud is enabled, Bloom automatically backs up your data via Apple's iCloud. Without iCloud, we recommend making regular backups using the export feature in the app.

Bloom Premium & abonnement Bloom Premium & Subscription

Bloom is gratis te downloaden. Bepaalde functies vereisen een Bloom Premium abonnement. Bloom is free to download. Certain features require a Bloom Premium subscription.

Prijs & verlenging
Bloom Premium kost €6,99 per jaar (lanceringsprijs). Het abonnement verlengt automatisch tenzij je het minstens 24 uur vóór het einde van de huidige periode opzegt via je Apple ID-instellingen. Price & Renewal
Bloom Premium costs €6.99 per year (launch price). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID settings.

Proefperiode
Nieuwe abonnees krijgen 14 dagen gratis toegang. Als je niet opzegt vóór het einde van de proefperiode, begint het betaalde abonnement automatisch. Free Trial
New subscribers receive 14 days of free access. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins automatically.

Betaling
Alle betalingen verlopen via Apple's App Store en worden verwerkt via je Apple ID. Bloom heeft nooit toegang tot je betaalgegevens. Terugbetalingen verlopen via Apple's standaard refundbeleid. Payment
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store via your Apple ID. Bloom never has access to your payment details. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund policy.

Bij verlopen abonnement
Je data wordt nooit verwijderd. Functies die bij Premium horen worden read-only totdat je het abonnement hernieuwt. Expired Subscription
Your data is never deleted. Premium features become read-only until you renew your subscription.

Abonnement beheren of opzeggen
Via Instellingen → [jouw naam] → Abonnementen op je iPhone. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Intellectueel eigendom Intellectual Property

De naam Bloom, het logo, het ontwerp en de inhoud van de app zijn eigendom van de ontwikkelaar. Je mag de app gebruiken voor persoonlijke doeleinden, maar niet kopiëren, verspreiden of aanpassen zonder toestemming. The name Bloom, the logo, the design, and the content of the app are the property of the developer. You may use the app for personal purposes, but may not copy, distribute, or modify it without permission.

Aansprakelijkheid Disclaimer

Bloom wordt aangeboden 'as is'. We zijn niet aansprakelijk voor verlies van data, onjuiste bakresultaten of andere schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de app. Bloom is provided "as is." We are not liable for loss of data, incorrect baking results, or any other damage resulting from use of the app.

Apple App Store voorwaarden Apple App Store Terms

Bloom wordt aangeboden via de Apple App Store. Door de app te downloaden en te gebruiken ga je ook akkoord met de algemene voorwaarden van Apple. Bij tegenstrijdigheid tussen onze voorwaarden en die van Apple gelden de voorwaarden van Apple. Bloom is offered through the Apple App Store. By downloading and using the app, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions. In case of conflict between our terms and Apple's, Apple's terms prevail.

Toepasselijk recht Governing Law

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland. These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Updates Updates

We kunnen de app en deze voorwaarden op elk moment bijwerken. Bij ingrijpende wijzigingen wordt je hierover geïnformeerd via een app-update. We may update the app and these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via an app update.
