Jouw privacy staat voorop Your privacy comes first
Bloom is ontworpen met privacy als uitgangspunt. Alle data die je invoert blijft op je eigen apparaat staan. We verzamelen geen persoonlijke gegevens, versturen niets naar externe servers en delen niets met derden. Bloom is built with privacy by design. All data you enter stays on your own device. We collect no personal data, send nothing to external servers, and share nothing with third parties.
Wat wordt opgeslagen? What is stored?
Bloom slaat je bakes, starters, recepten en foto's op via iOS. Als je bent ingelogd op iCloud wordt je data automatisch gesynchroniseerd via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). Bloom gebruikt uitsluitend Apple's private database — wij als ontwikkelaar hebben geen toegang tot jouw gegevens. Je data is alleen toegankelijk via jouw eigen Apple ID. Bloom stores your bakes, starters, recipes and photos through iOS. If you are signed in to iCloud, your data is automatically synchronised via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). Bloom uses Apple's private database exclusively — we as developers have no access to your data. Your data is only accessible through your own Apple ID.

Bloom vraagt toegang tot je camera en fotobibliotheek om foto's van je brood en starter toe te kunnen voegen. Deze toegang is volledig optioneel. Foto's die je maakt worden opgeslagen op je apparaat en, als iCloud actief is, gesynchroniseerd via iCloud Documents. Foto's zijn nooit toegankelijk voor derden of voor ons als ontwikkelaar. Bloom requests access to your camera and photo library to let you add photos of your bread and starter. This access is entirely optional. Photos you take are stored on your device and, when iCloud is enabled, synchronised via iCloud Documents. Photos are never accessible to third parties or to us as developers.
Notificaties Notifications
Bloom gebruikt notificaties voor timermeldingen en starterherinneringen. Je kunt dit op elk moment uitschakelen via de Instellingen in Bloom of via de iOS Instellingen app. Bloom uses notifications for timer alerts and starter reminders. You can disable these at any time via Bloom's Settings or through the iOS Settings app.
Geen tracking of advertenties No tracking or advertising
Bloom gebruikt geen tracking, analytics, advertenties of externe SDK's die je gedrag bijhouden. Er worden geen advertentie-ID's, locatiedata of gebruiksstatistieken verzameld. Bloom uses no tracking, analytics, advertising or third-party SDKs that monitor your behaviour. No advertising IDs, location data or usage statistics are collected.

Als gebruiker binnen de Europese Unie heb je het recht op inzage (via de exportfunctie), het recht op verwijdering (door de app te verwijderen) en het recht op dataportabiliteit (via de exportfunctie). Omdat Bloom geen data naar externe servers verstuurt, zijn deze rechten volledig uitoefenbaar via de app zelf. Als je iCloud gebruikt, kun je je Bloom-data verwijderen via iOS Instellingen → [jouw naam] → iCloud → Beheer opslag → Bloom. Lokale data verwijder je door de app te verwijderen. As a user in the European Union, you have the right to access your data (via the export feature), the right to erasure (by deleting the app), and the right to data portability (via the export feature). Since Bloom sends no data to external servers, these rights are fully exercisable within the app itself. If you use iCloud, you can delete your Bloom data via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Bloom. Local data is deleted by removing the app.

Bloom synchroniseert je data automatisch via iCloud als je bent ingelogd met een Apple ID. Je kunt iCloud voor Bloom uitschakelen via iOS Instellingen → [jouw naam] → iCloud. Zonder iCloud wordt data alleen lokaal opgeslagen. Bloom automatically syncs your data via iCloud when you are signed in with an Apple ID. You can disable iCloud for Bloom via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Without iCloud, data is stored locally only.
Abonnementen & StoreKit Subscriptions & StoreKit
Bloom Premium is een betaald abonnement. Alle transacties verlopen via Apple's App Store. Bloom verwerkt zelf geen betalingen en heeft geen toegang tot je betaalgegevens. Bloom controleert je abonnementsstatus uitsluitend op je eigen apparaat via Apple's StoreKit — er worden geen gegevens naar externe servers gestuurd. Als je je abonnement opzegt, wordt je data nooit verwijderd. Bloom Premium is a paid subscription. All transactions are processed through Apple's App Store. Bloom does not process payments itself and has no access to your payment details. Bloom checks your subscription status exclusively on your own device via Apple's StoreKit — no data is sent to external servers. If you cancel your subscription, your data is never deleted.
